The Port Boinot site in Niort is a an outstanding example of urban and vegetation regeneration by the city of Niort. The task was to transform 25,000 m2 of contaminated derelict industrial land into a living environment, opening up a green space rich in vegetation in the town to be enjoyed by its citizens.
