The former hospital, now Europe’s biggest private regeneration site, has once again opened its doors to the people of Lyon and visitors, after a 4-year closure for the work to be done. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Grand Hôtel Dieu can now welcome the public to its courtyards and gardens, buzzing with restaurants, shops and offices, thus writing a new page in Lyon’s history.

The building was listed as an Historical Monument in November 2011, following a renovation process lasting many months, and now has a major part to play in Lyonnaise life. It’s a multi-faceted venue, focused on hosting, hospitality and culture. It’s also a superb showcase for LEC’s know-how, with many different products contributing to the venue's lighting. Mounting type Wall lights

This compact linear spotlight is designed to be installed on a windowsill or facade belt-course.
Fitted with an 100x12° lens, the uprights and lintel of the windowframe will be illuminated without emitting any unwanted-beams.

For installation on an architectural belt-course, the choice of available lenses allows upward converging beams or uniform wall-washing of the facade despite being installed very close to the facade.
